The world and man is trying to rob you of the truth of God,  and the promise of God.

Don’t let them!  Here is the truth of God’s word! The rainbow belongs to God and he gave it to Christians who believe on Jesus Christ. The rainbow is mentioned 5 times in the bible 2 times in the beginning in Genesis, and 1 time in Ezekiel, and 2 times in the end in Revelations.

Three times it is called a bow. Twice it is called a rainbow.

Genesis 9:12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

God said, the rainbow is:

A token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you

Emblem, sign and a symbol of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you. A promise to man and beast his creation to those who believe in Jesus Christ.

the token= something given for something of value.

perpetual=always continuing.

generations=many, linages, family, unity.

Genesis 9:13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

My bow= It belongs to God. Ezekiel says it came from God throne & John said it followed above his head.

It shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.= token given to man and the earth to all living creatures on the earth

Genesis 9:14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

We must have the cloud in order to see the rainbow.

Emblem, sign and a symbol of his promise to Noah to not destroy earth with water again.

When we see it is after  a disaster comes, or after a storm.

The rainbow has seven colors officially, the rainbow color order is as follows:

Red- natural, blood shed for you and me on cross. [red stew Esau, red heifer end times in Isaiah, & Jesus turning water to red wine]. Vitality, energy, passion.

Orange- natural, seen in sunrises and sunsets, seasonal, fall leaves change, fruits. Enthusiasm, creativity.

Yellow- natural, seasonal fruits, yellow gold, seasonal, fall leaves change. Happiness, intellect.

Green- natural, vigorous, flourishing, freshness, sprouting forth, seasonal, spring. Growth and balance.

Blue-natural, skies, waterways, seas, oceans, trust, responsibility, and loyalty.

Indigo-unnatural, integrity, structure, intuition, order, sincerity, and knowledge

Violet- unnatural Royalty wealth, wisdom ,imagination, and mystery

This means that every rainbow you see will have these seven colors in this order (from the top of the arc of the rainbow to the bottom of the arc)

Seven is the number of perfection, according to God.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

The bible has things that are in three’s

World’s definition of Man is a person and is therefore capable of making moral choices.

Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.     

Man is made in the image of God.

Ezekiel vision,

Ezekiel 1:1 says; “I saw visions of God.” Ezekiel 1:26-28 he describes the throne of God.

Ezekiel 1:28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of thethe appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.

The bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain= without the cloud you cannot see a rainbow.

The appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD.=the appearance of it is the likeness of the glory of the LORD.

John’s description the throne of God.

Revelation 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

Precious jews that are also on the priest breast plate.  Three of the twelve stone.

Seventh Angel

Revelation 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

come down from heaven- Jesus, Angels that came down to visit Abraham, Daniel interceding for answer to his prayer.

his face was as it were the sun.- bright pure light, Jesus is the light

pillars of fire:- God protecting Israel with the pillar of fire in desert near Red sea.

Science

God is pure light, A rainbow is made from pure light, shining through droplets of water (a rain drops) causing the light to bend or bow giving us those wonderful colors in the shape of a rainbow.

Jesus said:

John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Do you want the light of life? Believe in Jesus.

God loves us and gave his son who died on a cross for our salvation, and  he has given the rainbow as a an emblem, sign and a symbol of his promise and convent with man. That he would not destroy the earth with water ever again.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Don’t allow the world and man or Satan rob you of God promise! 

Remember when you see a rainbow it is God’s promise to you, and it first belonged to him and was a token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you.
