At the beginning of our life God the creator is sovereign and there are somethings in life we cannot choose, or change like family, fathers, and mothers, sisters, and brothers. “There is no role in life that is more essential than, that of motherhood.” Obedient mothers teach their children vital lessons from God that they will need in life as they grow. Fathers & Mothers share this responsibility to teach their children when they are young, to harken, and be obedient. It does not matter whether your rich, poor, educated, or not educated all mothers deserve respect and honor.

Thank you, to my dear wife for all your help, and to all the mothers for your unconditional love and endless support you give to your families. You are truly the heart and soul of every family represented by your presence in God’s House today.

Exodus 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

That thy days may be long upon the land- Longevity, don’t you want that in life? Who here has the power to add days to your life? No one! Only God can give you the breathe of life and do this for you, through harkening to the word of God and also becoming obedient to His word.

Which the LORD thy God giveth thee- We must know who this God is in order to obtain the longivity that is promised if we honor our father & mother. This is why it is important for us to harken and be obedient when we are children and being taught.

Children obey your parents because this is right in the eyes of God. It also say God would extend our days of life. Mothers have sacrificed a lot to provide for you, honor them with all your heart. Love and forgiveness to each is required. Don’t get to the point where we regret not saying or doing our best for them. I have not experienced this yet in my life, but my wife has said many times that she wishes she did somethings differently in her life for her parents. Love them while they are here.

Everyday we should celebrate those incredibly special mothers in our lives. We must give thanks and honor to God for all those Godly mothers. Say Thank you, to  God for placing examples of Godly women in the bible that have immensely powerful messages to help mothers in the child rearing of our children today.

Mothers are extremely important and vital to family life, God made it that way think of it for a moment, with mothers, we can have great food, fun and fellowship. They manage the household. A good mother is like a well-oiled machine. Everything works according to Gods will, both in good circumstances and in bad circumstances. Without mothers we run into problems. And our lives become a mess. Where would men be without Godly women, in our lives, lost I am sure, because they have a more unique way of looking at things than a man does.

Remember Children don’t despise them when they are old or sick, that is when we need to help them the most. Be diligent in all you do for them. Please be there for them. Most of them become lonely because they cannot do for themselves like they used to. It is just the right thing to do.

Naomi and Ruth – Naomi a mother-in-law returning to her homeland. As she returned unto the land of Judah after losing her husband and two sons in Moab. Her Daughter-in-law Ruth followed her and said to Naomi, “for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God.” what a blessed statement Ruth gave to her mother-in-law. I am sure Naomi was taken back when she heard it. Remember one daughter-in-law Orpah turned and went back home to Moab to the old life that she knew. Ruth stepped out in faith went on not knowing what would happen and God blessed her for it. Ruth harkened and followed in obedience She would meet Boaz.

God gave to Adam a help meet, what does this mean?

A help meet = a spouse who is a suitable, worthy, and fitting helper or companion, it signifies a partnership where both individuals contribute equally and are suited to each other. We thank God for Great help meets.

It does not say that they are alone in this endeavor. No, a help meet signifies a partnership this clear show a togetherness. However, I will stay out of the kitchen because it is not my area of expertise. Where I fail, she succeeds, and where she fails, I succeed. We are complementary one to another.

Ruth became the help meet to Boaz, would ultimately end up giving birth to Obed who begat Jesse, the father of David the King,  from the linage of David we get Joseph who married, Mary (mother of Jesus), of course God is the father of Jesus.

The bible is clear that obedient mothers are blessed. Just research the results. Our Mothers if they follow the simple rules and lessons God give to them through His word will be called blessed too.

Proverbs 31:28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praiseth her.

They will be called Blessed by both children and husband. All Mothers will enjoy being call blessed, from their children as they grow up in the teaching. They are looking to you for answers. They share their heart clearly when they are children. A husband that calls his wife blessed, and will in turn be blessed because they are both headed towards the Love of God

Proverbs 31:29 Many daughters have done virtuously, But thou excellest them all.

They will become virtuous and everything they do will excel. Virtuous– showing high moral standards. These high moral standards come from God and are on display for all to see. Once one show this  She will excel in all she does in life.

Proverbs 31:30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: But a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised.

Favour it comes and goes, it is on one person one day, and on another shortly after. Favour not permanent on one person. God looks at the heart of a person, while man looks at the outward appearance.

Women that fear the Lord understand the Power of God.  Don’t you want to hear the word well done thy Good and faithful servant by your God?

Christian mothers are the best for your life because they are obedient and faithful to our Lord Jesus. Through their nurturing care, they will show love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge. Because they will prioritize, and share the plan of salvation with their families. God wants us to love the one He has provide for you.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Selah! Amen!
