Have you ever lost something, forgotten where you put it, and felt frustrated and overwhelmed trying to find it? We have all experienced this. I have and so have others.
Because of our sins, we have become separated from our Creator God. But through Jesus, He has enabled us to find our lost lives, so we can have an opportunity to repent of our sins and make our way back to our Sovereign God.
Seek the Lord, and once we find Jesus, then believe in him, we can be saved, we must share the message of the gospel that anyone is welcome seek the Lord and find Him through faith and obedience until we enter heaven.
There are things in this world that cannot be found, once lost. They can never be seen or possessed again. In other words, due to death and sin, we are separated from our loved ones and can never see or meet them again. (Parents, spouses, children, siblings) Here, we must make a serious decision. We must decide whether to choose Jesus or Satan. There are things that can be done with money, and things that cannot be done with money. (Heaven cannot be bought with money.) Life is like a rollercoaster of despair. It is like wanting to hold on to something but being unable to do anything, feeling despair, pain, sorrow, and conflict. Satan divides us and leads us into conflict, hindering us from finding what is truly necessary and precious.
1 Chronicles 28:9 And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORD searcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.
David tells his son Solomon to seek and know the Lord, and to serve God with a whole heart. This is an excellent teaching to harken to the word of God. David teaches his son not to be a father who only teaches about money and honor, but to be a father who repented of his sins and received a renewed life of mercy and grace, and to seek the mighty God. Today, more fathers should learn from David and follow his example. Repentance makes our lives healthy. Of course, a mother of faith is incomparable and truly remarkable.
Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Isaiah, railed against Israel and was telling them that there was a limited time for them to return to God and he would save them from their sins. Seek ye the LORD while he may be found. There may be a time when we will not be able to call on the Lord. Perhaps you may be drawn away by sin or Satan. Call ye upon him while he is near to you.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
A doctor lost his car he had named his car “Faith.” He had lost the car he cherished and loved. He had named his car Faith. This was not the kind of faith that believers speak of, but rather the name he had given to his car. When people around him heard that he had lost his faith, they asked him how he had lost it. He laughed and explained that it was not the faith of a believer, but rather the name of his car. Here, the doctor trusted and cherished his car, even naming it Faith, but after losing it, he realized it was useless and could never be seen again. Those who seek but set their hearts on the wrong things waste their time. Lost souls are still stubborn and ignorant, failing to seek God. The people of this world have truly lost their faith (in God). Because they lack faith in the loving God, they have lost hope due to sin and cannot find God, thus losing their way forever.
Those who believe in Jesus the only Son of God need faith. Our faith comes from hearing the word of God. Amen!
Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
Jesus came into this world seek and to save that which was, lost and fulfill prophecy.
Even small things can become precious and valuable when you need them, and after losing something, you may find yourself so focused on finding it that you become grateful for the joy and necessity of finding it again. Amen!
Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
Those who already know the Lord go on seeking His face by prayer, diligent service, and holy gratitude. And he will draw near to you.
When we start to diligently seek God, he may be found, and then we can call upon Him, who we believe and with a perfect heart and with a willing mind, and then we can serve him. Then He will reward us with His blessing that he has in reserve for us.
Proverbs 8:17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.
Listen to me, there is hope for you even after all you’ve lost. If you’ve got hope, you have got everything. Even if you have nothing in this world, or even if you lose everything, if you have resolved your “sin,” then you have found the best life, and after finding and meeting Jesus, you have received the privilege of entering God’s house with joy and hope. Please remember this blessing. And in hope, you will find and obtain everything, for in heaven, God awaits us to restore everything you have lost.
Therefore, we hope that you will never cease to seek God and become a seeker and a find Jesus. The Bible is fellowship with God and a time to meet God. God said that we, who cannot see or touch Him, are more blessed. Seek and meet the invisible God directly in the Bible under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
We ask that God prepare us to see and find His way by making His word a lamp unto our feet, and that our God, who is our light, guide us. Righteous God, who shines the light that allows us to diligently seek His face!
God, who bestows forgiveness, love, and boundless mercy and grace, I bless you to be the God whose children are those who seek you with all their hearts. Soon, it will be too late to receive grace. Now is the time for salvation, and today is the day!
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Amen!
I want to pray for the saints. God will restore all that you have lost. God sent Jesus, the hope of the world, to restore all that was lost. He is calling you. Answer Him, and be set free from sin and the world, and seek what you must seek in the name of Jesus. He bestows grace upon the unworthy, and we will live again in joy and hope, and there will be no reason to be ashamed or discouraged in the great name of Jesus. God gives us something better than all that we have lost, if we believe in the precious blood of Jesus’ cross. Now is time, today is the day of your salvation. Don’t delay!
Let us all say together, Amen!
