Thank you to the pastor and his wife Abigail for their hard work.
Looking back on the past, I am truly grateful to the pastor who worked tirelessly for Riverview Baptist Church. And I would like to thank his wife for her passion and dedication, and for helping the pastor and our church members. I give glory to God for them both!
Ephesians 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Ephesians 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
Ephesians 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Ephesians 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
Ephesians 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
*Four things a Church should do for Pastor and his family.
Church should PRAY for the Pastor and his family.
Church should ENCOURAGE the Pastor and his family.
Church should SUPPORT the Pastor and his family.
Church should LOVE the Pastor and his family.
*Thank you note from pastor & wife
First, I would like to thank the Lord for providing this ministry opportunity to us.
Second, I would like to thank the Lord for providing me with such a talented wife to support our ministry here.
We are so grateful to the members who faithfully obeyed the Lord’s Word together with Riverview.
I am able to carry out my duties as a pastor well because I was able to follow and work with precious believers. Thanks for the prayers and encouragement of the saints. I am able to spread the precious words of God the Father.
The Lord called me as the pastor of Riverview Church and made me realize the duty of a shepherd every day. I am not a shepherd of the rich, the educated, the powerful, and the talented, but the shepherd of the suffering, the sad, the sick, the poor, and the uneducated. Now, I thank you even more for making me the shepherd of all people, to include the lonely and those who have committed crimes.
The precious guidance, love, and boundless grace of our Lord Jesus Christ is sufficient!
All of this is because God is my shepherd, who has established me to fulfill the Lord’s will. I have received the great mission of preaching the gospel of salvation to all, and I have fulfilled it very deeply, importantly, faithfully, and honestly, when the Lord calls me. I would like to hear those words, “Well done”! I pray with joy, obedience, and gratitude to my Lord. To my wife Thank you for your role that you have done and has been by my side from the beginning.
As we continue let us always praise the Lord for all he has done for each of us and I give thanks and glory to God who leads us to green pastures as we follow Jesus, who gives us strength to carry on!
I express my feelings of joy, appreciation, and gratitude to all the saints.
Thank you to the saints who have grown together in the Lord and prepared a beautiful fellowship of joy through faith.
We would also like to thank those who worked hard to prepare a special meal.
To Deacon Jimmy who led the worship service with testimonies and prepared a meaningful time of giving thanks to one another.
All the gifts, cards, letters, and flowers with loving companionship,
I am very grateful and thankful for the love and encouragement of the saints.
With a more beautiful faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, obedience is better than sacrifice, and let us move forward together for Riverview Church, which contains the light of the Lord’s cross, serving and encouraging us until the Lord comes.
To God Be the Glory! Amen!
