From the beginning of Creation man caused sin to be brought into the paradise that God had created for him. That change, caused a separation between God and man. Because God is Holy, He cannot be in the same place as sin. This sin marked the beginning of humanity’s inability to establish a right relationship with our Father in heaven. This separation also caused every generation after Adam to be born into a sin cursed earth and paradise to be closed and cut off from men /women.
Isaiah 40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, That the everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding.
Isaiah is asking the people of Israel. Do you know your Lord and Your God? Have you not heard? We can and should ask ourselves these same questions.
Have we not known? Hast thou not heard? These are the questions asked in Isaiah’s writings. The way by which men / women gain knowledge is by thine own observation and reading of Scripture, or if someone teaches you. These are three methods used by which all men and women learn.
Ecclesiastes 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.
Ecclesiastes 12:10 The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.
We see hear clearly the preacher is teaching the people knowledge by the truth of God’s word.
Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
These verses are clear that there is only one way in which men and women can learn about God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit is through God’s written word which is absolute truth. And this is taught in good Bible beliveing churches Amen!
Our problem is we decide to not to search His word for understanding of who God really is. Therefore, we end up with a lack of understanding or knowledge of our God and our Lord. We must teach or train ourselves to resist the temptation to not read and force ourselves to. Through reading we can gain wisdom, knowledge and understanding. We still must show are selves approved. This is being taught in churches and to believers who hold to the true faith in the Bible. Amen!
God is always with us and in heaven; we are the ones who move away from our Lord and our God. We are the ones who move because of murmuring, disputing, discouragement, disobedience, and the sin of idolatry. Furthermore, we never try to get to know our Lord and Savior. This is because our own assertions and stubbornness take precedence over our relationship with God. And lack of relationship with God.
Isaiah 40:29 He giveth power to the faint; And to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
God’s word is clear; He will give power and might to the weak. Why is that? It is to confound the wise, or those that think more highly of themselves. Those filled with pity, pride, and arrogance. This happens because when we are brought low and come to the end of oneself then we humble ourselves, recognize our limitations, we then can be moved by God in the right direction and be led without the hindrances away from the world /Satan. Rely on God, then we can follow the right path and obey Him.
Isaiah 40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall:
Whether you are old or young, well-educated or wealthy, it doesn’t matter to God. God can and will bring each one of us to the breaking point so that we can do nothing but submit to his will. We may not like it, but God is not here to pamper anyone. If God knows that a severe trial will move you, He will bring it to you to accomplish His will. God will bring it to save you too. God has chosen each one of us to complete His tasks. Not yours. We are His children. God does not give His children to Satan; instead, He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, into this world to save us.
Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings as eagles; They shall run, and not be weary; And they shall walk, and not faint.
If we do not fight it, but we follow His instructions and commandments we may have to wait but He will answer in due time. He will strengthen us for the tasks that lies ahead, and He will enable us to accomplish it. God grants to us the victory because He is strengthening our faith in Him. As we renew our strength in the word of God, we will become like eagles and sore to the highest heights. Or be like a runner that gets his second wind in the battle of compitition, or as the soldier never to give up admist the raging war.
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
If we would fully trust the Lord with all of our heart, life and being, we will gain the most perfect of understanding and our lives will be filled with blessings that overflow.
God Loves each one of us, and we need to follow straightway as the disciples did when they were chosen by Jesus. Scripture tells us that they for sook all and followed Him. Can you do that? Paul tells us that we can know for sure who we are to serve. Only God! Amen!
It is God alone! Amen! How beautiful obedience is, and how it leads our spirits joyfully to victory.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Amen!
